EducationDeveloping a Distinct Advantage for a School Network
The English Schools Foundation (ESF), a prominent network of English language schools in Asia, has grown through continuous investment in new and existing institutions. Initially, each school maintained its own brand and identity, but in 2015, a universal brand identity system was introduced, sparking debate within the group and leading to a review after three years.
Kinsman Design was engaged to create a strategy that would give all member schools a competitive edge while preserving their individuality. Collaborating with the CEO and Brand Director, we developed the "ESF Way," highlighting the group's strengths and supporting reasons.
This strategy was implemented through visual guides and frameworks, enabling schools to adapt it to their unique needs while benefiting from the unified branding approach.
